CVO-2 STANDARD Package

The CVO-2 STANDARD Package is a 2 cubic foot, benchtop vacuum oven paired with a clean, oil-free scroll pump. This package is an ideal benchtop set up for vacuum drying or purging temp sensitive material requiring a steady, gentle, non-turbulent purge. This complete system will liberate solvents, water or other unwanted compounds in a small batch, R&D, laboratory environments.

CVO-2 PRO Package

The CVO-2 PRO Package is a 2 cubic foot, benchtop vacuum oven with a powerful, clean, oil-free scroll pump. It is an ideal benchtop set up for vacuum drying or purging temp sensitive material but at faster rates, with deeper vacuum and optimized vapor flow rates. This complete system will liberate solvents, water or other unwanted compounds in a small batch, laboratory environments.

CVO-5 STANDARD Package

The CVO-5, 5 cubic ft vacuum oven is connected to the oil-free, rugged, Welch CB2052 diaphragm pump. Model CB2052 vacuum pump is a private label version of Welch’s 2052B-01. The vacuum pump interior is made of solvent resistant, PTFE diaphragms.

CVO-5 PRO Package

The CVO-5 PRO Package pairs our CVO-5 vacuum oven with the Agilent IDP7 5.4 cfm oil free scroll pump and our fast MAX EVAP connection kit. It’s an ideal benchtop set-up for high production vacuum drying or purging. The Agilent scroll pump pulls deep vacuum to 5 x 10-2 torr range and has a low cost of ownership. It can be maintained and cleaned in house.

CVO-5 TURBO Package

Complete benchtop vacuum drying system. 8 shelves for big batches. Powerful 9 cfm pump for fastest purge times. As a dedicated vacuum drying set up, The CVO-5 TURBO Package allows for the most capacity (8 shelves) and a very powerful, clean quiet Agilent IDP15, 9cfm vacuum pump.

Vacuum oven and pump are connected via our MAX EVAP connection – giving water, solvents, surfactants, any outgassing material the largest exit path off the product and out of the oven. The MAX EVAP connection kit features a large 1″ diameter oven exit port, KF-25 lines and a KF-25 precision adjustable vacuum valve to reduce purge and dry times.

CVO-5 DOUBLE UP Package

Ideal for large volume production with the flexibility of small batch management, this complete vacuum drying system is self contained in a minimal, easy to move, mobile foot print. Two CVO-5 vacuum ovens powered by a single Agilent IDP15 9 cfm oil free scroll pump is set-up for high production vacuum drying or purging with deep vacuum and large off gas loads.

CVO-10 PRO Package

High production, large vacuum drying system for vacuum purging production quantities. Our largest 10 cubic foot vacuum oven complete with the Agilent IDP15 9 cfm oil-free scroll pump. The entire system is set on an industrial grade mobile rack for easy of mobility and to aid in keeping the lab clean.

Vacuum oven and pump are connected via our MAX EVAP connection kit – giving water, solvents, any outgassing material the largest exit path off the product and out of the oven. NRTL Certified, Made in USA.

CVO-10 PRO Package with MAXTRAP50 Cold Trap

A complete vacuum drying system designed for temperature sensitive, high-thru-put for vacuum purging large production quantities. Cascade’s MAXTRAP50, -50C cold trap is integrated to keep the Agilent IDP15 vacuum pump operating with minimum downtime and maximum efficiency.

Vacuum oven and pump are connected via our MAX EVAP connection kit – giving water, solvents, any outgassing material the largest exit path off the product and out of the oven.

The entire system is set on an industrial grade mobile racks for easy of mobility and to help keep the lab clean. NRTL Certified. CVO-10 oven and cold trap are Made in USA.

Devex CVD 400 - Cannabis Vacuum Dryer

Cannabis biomass is gently dried in the DEVEX CVD under vacuum conditions. Thanks to its high flexibility, plant parameters can be pre-set in order to have a controlled heat impact on the cannabis biomass.
