Supercritical CO2 Extraction

The MRX XTR 20L system is one of the only fully automated Supercritical CO2 extractors available on the market that also provides complete control of the system via manual operation. Operating in automated or manual mode, automated mode requires roughly 3 buttons to begin operation.

The automated temperature and pressure correction maintains target temperature through the control of hot water valves, and the maintenance of pressure within the vessels.

The MRX XTR 100L system is one of the only fully automated Supercritical CO2 extractors available on the market that also provides complete control of the system via manual operation. The XTR 100L can be operated in automated or manual mode. Automated mode requires roughly 3 buttons to begin operation. The XTR 100L is fully automated for ease of operation and minimal interaction. Effortless processing and fine-tuning with fully automated controls saves time and money.

The MRX XTR 100L system is a larger version of the 20L and employs the same custom developed technologies. MRX Extractor’s are Patent Pending.

PXP

The PXP, also known as “The Predator”, processes up to 15 lbs of material per run* while still maintaining the precise artisan control of a smaller system. This makes the PXP ideal for high level applications desiring to mix both craft concentrate and crude oil production. With patent pending jacketed vessels, the PXP system comes equipped with Julabo temperature control units providing the unit with maximum control and ease of operation.

PX40

The PX40, also known as “The Executioner”, is the world’s largest extraction system. The PX40 processes up to 90 lbs of material per run with a 4 hour recovery time*, making it ideal for large volume commercial production. Like the PX1, the PX40 comes equipped with on-demand heating and chilling, providing the system with maximum control and ease of operation.

X10 MSE

The X10 MSE (multi-solvent extractor), affectionately referred to as “The Judge”, is the company’s flagship extraction system. Utilizing hydrocarbon or ethanol solvents, the X10 processes more than 10 lbs of material per run with an average 55 minute recovery time* making it ideal for mid-level commercial production and craft applications. With patent pending jacketed vessels, the X10 comes equipped with on-demand heating and chilling, providing the system with maximum control and ease of operation.

X40 MSE

The X40 MSE (multi-solvent extractor) is the company’s mid-size batch extraction system. Utilizing hydrocarbon or ethanol solvents, the X40 MSE processes up to 40lbs of material per run* making it ideal for mid or large level commercial production and craft applications. KPD Series | The Evolution of Extraction

As the cannabis and hemp industries continues to mature, producers and processors are struggling to meet an ever-growing demand for high quality THC and CBD oil (including full spectrum, isolate, distillate and crystalline) while maximizing internal efficiencies.

The KPD Series are continuous feed extraction plants specifically tailored for hemp and cannabis input to process THC and CBD distillate – the solution for mega producers needing to meet large processing needs.

Existing commercial batch processing (a method which involves manually loading and unloading the extraction equipment) has processing limitations of approximately 700 kilograms of raw cannabis per day. Scaling production up means adding equipment and personnel on a one-for-one basis in order to increase processing volumes.
