Founded in 1987, Hanningfield is an independent family-owned business, giving us the freedom and passion to deliver better products, ideas and service. This means we care about our long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and staff.
The company focuses on the design, manufacture, supply and installation of machinery for the handling, processing and containment of powder in oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing of pharmaceuticals.
This expertise has led Hanningfield into related industries such as food, chemical, nuclear, cosmetic and nutraceuticals, where the challenges surrounding the control and manipulation of powder are similar. Such experience has ensured we are capable of meeting the highest standards of quality across various industries, whilst retaining a proficiency for flexibility and custom requirements.
Hanningfield manufactures the majority of equipment at the United Kingdom manufacturing facility. Many staff have proudly worked for the company longer than 20 years, ensuring we maintain the highest levels of workmanship and care. In-house capabilities include coded welding, machining, polishing, assembly, electrical and testing. The company is ISO 9001 certified and has been successfully audited annually since 1995, alongside various other certifications and accreditations.
